Honey Mustard Salmon -
Grape Tomatoes, grilled vegetables and garlic spinach.

Grilled Salmon -
Grape tomatoes and capers in a white wine lemon butter sauce.

Seasoned Roast Pork Loin -
Topped with natural pan gravy and mushrooms.

Chicken Marsala -
Pan seared and topped with a Marsala wine mushroom sauce.

Chicken Francaise -
Egg battered and sauteed in a lemon white wine butter sauce.

Boston Baked Scrod -
With herb panko crust topped with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and capers in a lemon sauce.

Stuffed Filet of Sole -
Stuffed with our own crabmeat stuffing in a lemon white wine butter sauce.

Flank Steak - 
Topped with a mushroom pan gravy.
