Chicken Marsala -
Pan seared and topped with a Marsala wine mushroom sauce.

Chicken Francaise -
Egg battered and sauteed in a lemon white wine butter sauce.

Chicken Piccata -
Pan seared and sauteed in a lemon caper white wine butter sauce.

Seasoned Roast Pork Loin -
Topped with natural pan gravy and mushrooms.

Boston Baked Scrod -
With herb panko crust topped with sund-dried tomatoes, garlic and capers in a lemon sauce.

Penne Alla Vodka -
Penne pasta tossed with bacon, caramelized onions and sweet peas in a vodka tomato cream sauce, topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
