Pan seared and topped with a Marsala wine mushroom sauce.

Egg battered and sautéed in a lemon white wine butter sauce.

Boston Baked Scrod - 

With herb Panko crust topped with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and capers in a lemon sauce.
